- Application for membership requirements:

Application Deadline: The deadline for filing your membership application is March 31st of each year. Please note that any applications submitted after the deadline, even if approved, will disqualify the member(s) from attending the National Conference unless they meet the specific requirements outlined in the NC Attendee Qualification Guideline.

Required Documents: To complete your application, the following documents must be submitted:
- A fully filled-out membership form, signed by your CIO or IT Head.
- Your company's IT organizational chart.
- A company profile.

- Criteria for Member Application Approval:

Eligibility: At the time of application, the applying member must either be an active, independent IT consultant or an employee of a local or multinational company that is categorized as an end-user of IT products and services. Entities whose core business is the delivery of IT solutions or services are excluded from eligibility.

Rank of Applicant and Alternate: Both the applying member and their alternate should hold a senior level or higher. The rank of the applying member will be assessed based on this requirement, and any exceptions will be at the discretion of the Board.

Role Relevance: The applying member’s role must be directly related to IT. For other C-level roles (e.g., CFO), approval will be at the discretion of the Board.

- Number of Members per company:

Maximum Members: The maximum number of members allowed per company is six (6).

Existing Members: Companies with more than six (6) members as of December 31, 2022 may retain their current number of members. However, please note that if the number of members is reduced, the maximum number of members will also be adjusted accordingly

Voting Rights: Companies with more than six (6) members are entitled to a maximum of six (6) voting rights.

Membership Fee: The annual membership fee is Php 8,000.00 per member (VAT exclusive).

Membership Renewal: Membership must be renewed annually. The membership will expire on December 31 each year, and renewal is required to maintain active membership status.
ITIP NATIONAL CONFERENCE QUALIFICATION GUIDELINE

Membership due of the company has been fully paid before end of March

Attending member is the primary or official alternate member

Signed forms in relation the National Conference requirements are submitted before the due date.

The member agrees to pay a no show fee if confirmed to attend but was not able to attend the event

The member must be able to attend at least 3 ITIP Interest Group events, 1 General Membership event or earn at the minimum 10 points by attending other ITIP events or participating to ITIP committees .
